2. What type of lamp is used in street lights?
We use high-quality LED chips, including Lumileds, Cree, Epistar, and other leading brands such as SMD2835, SMD3030, and SMD5050. These chips offer high light efficiency, low power consumption, and a wide luminous angle.
3. Can I view the products before making a purchase?
You are welcome to visit our company and factory at any time. We have approximately 100 products, including LED lighting, on display. We believe that experiencing our products firsthand is important, which is why we regularly participate in trade shows and exhibitions across the country.
4. Do you provide IES files?
Yes, we can provide IES files for your project to perform Dialux simulation.

Yes, you can order samples for testing purposes before placing a bulk order. This allows you to have a better understanding of the appearance and quality of our products.
2. How do you ship the samples and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship samples via DHL, UPS, or FedEx. The estimated delivery time is 7-10 days. Alternatively, we can also arrange airline or sea shipping based on your preferences.

Generally, our products come with a 3-10 year warranty, which can vary according to the customer's specific requirements.
2. Do you have local agents?
Currently, we only sell our products directly from the factory. We welcome all customers to place orders directly with us.
3. Do you offer discounts for large orders?
We understand the importance of budget constraints, and depending on the size and nature of your order, we may be able to offer a discount for large orders. Please contact us at sales@infralumin.com for a quotation.
4. How do you deal with defective products?
First of all, our products are produced under strict quality control standards, and the defective rate is less than 0.1%. Secondly, defective products appear during the warranty period, we will replace the defective parts with new ones when you place a new order.

The lead time for samples is usually 7-10 days, while mass production typically takes 30-45 days.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
For samples, we require full payment by T/T in advance. For bulk orders, we require a 30% deposit by T/T in advance, with the balance to be paid by T/T before shipment. We also accept L/C for large orders, and the terms can be negotiated.
